After the recent update of the guide to tax breaks for energy savings, the Tax Update One of the most 'important in recent years, the Guide to tax breaks for building renovations.
The new updated version in October 2010, describes methods to get the best discounts of tax allowances for renovating old buildings.
This package of measures had been introduced for the first time in 1998 and extended by the Finance Act 2008 to the end of 2010. The Finance Act 2010 has extended the extension until December 31, 2012 and for the deduction of 36% of the costs incurred for the work of recovery of the housing stock, for which the deduction d’imposta sull’acquisto di immobili ristrutturati da imprese di costruzione o ristrutturazione o da cooperative.
Si tratta di misure importanti e di assoluto successo, visto che, come sottolinea la stessa Agenzia delle Entrate dal 1998 ad oggi sono state richieste ben 4,3 milioni di agevolazioni, di cui 280 mila solo nei primi 7 mesi del 2010 (+12% su base annua).
