Non è obbligatorio l’attestato di qualificazione energetica dal tecnico abilitato nel caso di interventi consistenti nella sostituzione di finestre comprensive di infissi in singole unità immobiliari (detrazione articolo 1, comma 345, L. 296/2006), and in case of installation of solar panels for hot water (deductions Article 1, paragraph 346, Law 296/2006).
