OFF LIMITS IN CASH TRANSACTIONS OVER € 5,000 Bonus OGGETTO: OFF LIMITS LE TRANSAZIONI EFFETTUATE IN CONTANTI SOPRA I € 5.000
La soglia per la tracciabilita' del contante scende dagli attuali € 12.500 a € 5.000, lo prevede la manovra economica. Addio ai libretti di deposito bancari o postali al portatore. In compenso arriva la carta elettronica istituzionale per effettuare i pagamenti da parte delle Pubbliche amministrazioni.
In sintesi, le principali misure in materia antiriciclaggio adottate con la manovra finanziaria in vigore dal 31 maggio 2010. Alcune regole da non dimenticare:
• Sono vietati i pagamenti in denaro contante per importi pari o superiori a € 5.000.
• È sempre possibile versare o ritirare denaro contante di qualsiasi importo tramite una banca o Poste Italiane.
• Le banche e Poste Italiane consegneranno solamente assegni con la scritta “non trasferibile”
• Per ottenere assegni liberi occorre richiederlo per iscritto e pagare € 1,50 per assegno .
• Gli assegni liberi (cioè privi della scritta “non trasferibile”) non devono essere di importo pari o superiore a € 5.000.
• Gli assegni liberi possono essere trasferiti tramite girata, cioè apponendo sul retro la propria firma e codice fiscale prima di cedere l’assegno.
• Attenzione, quando si riceve un assegno: la mancanza del codice fiscale ne impedisce il pagamento da parte della banca o di Poste Italiane.
• Si potranno utilizzare gli assegni già in possesso ma si dovrà aggiungere la scritta “non trasferibile” se l’importo dell’assegno è pari o superiore a € 5.000.
• Gli assegni a favore del traente (cioè intestati a “me medesimo” o simili) non possono circolare e possono essere usati solo per l’incasso diretto.
• Non è più possibile aprire libretti di deposito al portatore per un importo pari o superiore a € 5.000.
• Entro il 30 giugno 2009 dovranno esser regolarizzati i libretti esistenti di saldo superiore a € 5.000.
